Welcome to Sean Vigue Fitness! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sean Vigue Fitness. This website and online store are operated by Sean Vigue Fitness and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide products, tools, and services to you (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Account & Eligibility

2. Products & Accuracy
We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, and availability. However, colors and sizing may appear differently depending on your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities at our discretion. You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and shipping information so we can fulfill your order. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges to be made to your selected payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
All items are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $5.95 per order. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, though some items—especially print-on-demand products—may ship separately and take slightly longer.
Once your package is handed off to USPS, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier or external factors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, videos, text, and product names—is the property of Sean Vigue Fitness or our content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Some tools or services on this site may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or functionality of third-party tools, and your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Shopify Relationship
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Purchases made through this site are made directly with Sean Vigue Fitness, not Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sean Vigue Fitness will not be liable for any damages related to your use of our Services, including lost profits, loss of data, or other consequential damages.
